I do understand the diet is for only 3 days, and is meant to be to loose weight fast and to speed up your metabolism, but I can guarantee you it is easier and healthier to speed up your metabolism with a fast walk. Real estate finance is one of our favorite real estate investing topics to write about.
Our students are always interested in new and intresting ways to finance their purchases of real property, so from time to time, we like to review some of our favorite strategies.
One of these is financing wholesale rela estate deals with "subject to options."
Now, don't let the fancy name intimidate you, subject to options aren't as scary as they may sound, and they can really supercharge your real estate investing.
Typically the advantage to wholesale deals is that they can be turned over faster than retail deals.
If you give a low enough price that another real estate investor can come into the property, make a few upgrades or fixes and then sell it for a profit, then you have a larger market of potential buyers than if you are looking only for an end user.
When real estate investing with option contracts, all you do as a real estate investor is find a deal that you are interested in buying, negotiate a price with the seller, and then execute an option contract with the seller.

Real estate investing is a whole lot easier proposition when you start with the end in mind.
The end I'm talking about here is the "exit strategy" or how you plan to get yourself out of a property to make money from the investment.
Many real estate investors go into real estate investing have no clue what theyre exit strategy, their plan of attack for making money from a property, is at the time they purchase properties.
They just purchase them because they seem like a good deal.
But theres a huge difference between buying a good deal and having an exit strategy.
If you purchase a property knowing that you already have a buyer, for example, that can be one of the most profitable forms of real estate investing.
Your exit strategy is to sell to a buyer you identify BEFORE you close on the property.

Anyone who reads our real estate investing materials and courses knows that we're huge fans of real estate option contracts.
But, not everyone completely understands how get the most from your real estate investing when using this wonderful tool.
Options basically give you the right to buy a piece of real estate for a fixed price for a fixed period of time.
You can buy the property any time during the option period, but when the option expires, you have nothing, and you lose any funds you put up to acquire the option.
Many people use options when wholesaling real properties (buying low with the intent to flip for a slightly higher price to another real estate investor).
However, options are not limited to wholesale deals. Real estate option contracts can also be used to acquire an equitable interest in a property that you plan to market and sell to an end user buyer.

We are often asked, "What is the fastest possible way to make money with real estate investing?"
Our answer is always the same, and it's a strategy we use all the time in our own real estate investing, even though we've been investing in real estate for years.

Creating a home budget is something that I've been putting off for a long time. It sounded like a really awful task that would only result in me bing really depressed at how tight my reignes needed to be if I ever wanted to have any sort of financial success. Much easier to just ignore it and keep going the way I was. Well, two of my freinds have recently had to file bankruptcy and that was a pretty abrupt reminder that ignoring things can end in disaster so I decided to buckle down and start learning about my finances. Let’s cut to the chase. While the economy is in its road to recovery, most small business resellers in the fashion industry are still struggling to get sales. Those that managed to stay in business is not just because they have the liquidity to keep going but because they’ve been the right thing. Wholesale clothing for instance is a huge industry. If you are in this business, even a much smaller companies can compete with the big boys by doing your homework. They do not just rely on acquiring better merchandise, or their online business thru SEO, or go to trade shows and convention, or write articles like this so some retailers would notice them, or add some other items in the inventory like women’s accessories. I’m in my 20s and from southern California. My dad is helping me open a small clothing boutique. The plan is to carry a few name brand purses and dresses, which are exclusive in the city we live in.
